11/2007 – NESSI introduces its new look and feel, under the motto “Enabling the next wave of services”
10/2007 – Six NESSI Strategic Projects are selected with European and national Spanish funding. One NESSI Supporting Action, NESSI-2010 and one service related NoE, S-Cube are selected with European funding.

11/2006 - At IST 2006 in Helsinki, NESSI opens for contributions on how to best link NESSI to vertical application areas.

8/6/2006 – NESSI organises its first General Assembly. It enlarges to 22 partners and over 200 individual members. It announces its first working groups on Trust, Security and Dependability, Services Sciences and eHealth.
